Pilates

Low-impact exercises, focusing on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The exercises are performed with an emphasis on precision technique, balance, alignment, core strength and controlled  flowing movements.

Perfect for:

  • Improving everyday daily functional movements such as lifting, squatting, carrying 
  • Balance to prevent sports injuries and falls 
  • Overall flexibility

Body Conditioning

60 min low impact class, with some standing Lower body work, some upper body work and finishing on the mat with abdominal exercises. Great overall work out to start your weekend. Ideal for all levels of fitness.

Total Tone

Using small equipment, dumbbells resistance bands and own body weight. This 45 min class strengthens and tones the main muscle groups. Controlled load bearing exercises will improve muscle and joint strength. Ideal for all levels of fitness.

  • Focus on bone and joint strength especially as we get older
  • Add cardio to your tone routine

Cardio Tone

A high energy 45 min class, this class is designed to increase heart rate, tone and strengthen all ares. A variety of exercises and styles are combined in this workout to maximise fitness and improve health.

  • Wanting to burn fat and calories 
  • Improve your cardio fitness overall

A short sharp focused 30 minute full body workout focusing on improving strength, tone and bone loading with the use of light to medium weights.

Personal Trainer - 1 to 1 coaching

Great when you need the extra motivation of a personal trainer pushing you forward to achieve your goals.    Laura loves getting to know her clients better through personal training sessions and many people join the membership and book the occasional one to one as a periodic check in with Laura .  Try it, you will love it because Laura will : 

  • Motivate and inspire you to get started and achieve your fitness and health goals
  • Give you the confidence to get started especially when it's online and nobody is checking that you are doing the exercise correctly.  
  • Help if you're new or a bit rusty to Pilates or other exercise routines to learn how to do the moves for maximum benefit  
  • focus on a particular joint, injury or health challenge and advise on the type of exercise, frequency and accuracy
