Welcome to Pilates Defined. I'm laura and I've been teaching Pilates for over 20 years. 

I'm a huge Pilates fan but I also love cardio weights and tone which is why I offer cardio and weights classes as well as Pilates. 

My members use my daily Pilates classes as the foundation for living their healthy active lives. Many play tennis, golf, cycling, walking. 

Pilates helps us all be stronger, fitter and injury free - especially important as we get older. It means we can live an active life for longer! 

AND, it tones and shapes our body so we look good too!
