I have found Laura's Pilates via Zoom a revelation! At first I did not want to do 'life through a computer screen', but Laura's Pilates classes are excellent and now that winter is almost upon us. In bad weather or dark mornings, I love that I don't need to get the car out to go to class, I can just roll out of bed onto my mat in my own lounge. I can also do my classes when I'm in the UK or in Cyprus, she's a great teacher!
